THE GREAT OUTDOORS
Carmarthenshire's and Llanelli's coastline is ideal for walking. Llanelli alone has over 20 kilometres of flat, safe, traffic free coastal path.
The Millennium Coastal Park encompasses the Llanelli Waterside and overlooks the spectacular Gower Peninsula.
It features an unique array of attractions linked together by a stunning 22km traffic-free coastal path / cycle-way, stretching from Bynea Gateway in the east through to Pembrey Country Park in the west.
For the activity minded there are plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, playing golf, horse riding, fishing and canoeing.
For the more sedate there are beautiful gardens to visit such as The National Botanic garden of Wales, Norwood and Aberglasney.
