Creating a balanced lifestyle that includes service to others can help you feel less stress, as you feel more connected to your spirit, more grateful for what you have, and less invested in the ‘rat race’ that causes stress for so many of us.

By your commitment to our events, by being active and taking part in the Great Welsh Walkathon you will know that you are making a difference.

As part of our commitment to supporting Jo's cervical cancer trust, a percentage of the funds raised by entry fees will be donated to the fight against cervical cancer. You can even take the opportunity to raise additional funds for the trust by gaining sponsorship.

Additionally we will donate the entire profit made from the sale of our event apparel.
